But then the Supreme Court decision came down late last week on the Affordable Health Care Act and the whole &#8220;taxes&#8221; view Chief Justice Roberts took with upholding the mandate portion and, boom!, it&#8217;s incredibly topical. Sweet! Sometimes things just work out for totally unintended reasons.
