It looked like that might carry over to getting a real solution to fixing the roads, but as of now the Republicans and Democrats are back at\u00a0each other&#8217;s throats. It reminded me a bit of\u00a0the\u00a0old &#8220;<a title=\"Ralph Wolf and Sam Sheepdog\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ralph_Wolf_and_Sam_Sheepdog\" target=\"_blank\">Ralph Wolf and Sam Sheepdog<\/a>&#8221; Warner Brothers cartoons.
