In fact, it helps explain the cruelty of the budget bill they are crafting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But \u2014 good news! \u2014 some of the billions in the proposed bill for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgemi.com\/michigan-government\/ice-detention-center-opens-dangerous-times-be-immigrant-michigan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">capturing and deporting people<\/a>&nbsp;will be spent on private, for-profit prisons.
