This is my last cartoon for Saturday editions of the Grand Rapids Press. Starting this week — and as a small part of a major reorganization — my cartoon will be in the Sunday edition of the Press as well as several other Michigan newspapers. More on all of this soon!

And I always thought B.C. was funny. But I haven’t seen it since I last opened a newspaper over a bowl of Cheerios – probably 5 years ago when our East Valley Tribune stopped home delivery. I miss paper newspapers. There is still the Arizona Republic in this area, but most who still support it with subscription fees claim that it is not a newspaper.

Joe, that’s my 15 year-old son in the third panel. B.C. is to him what Nancy was us — mystifyingly unfunny. Remember reading Nancy in the Milwaukee Journal’s Green Sheet?
